I’m honored to have contributed to an oral history project for the Borscht Belt Museum, sponsored by the Jewish Historical Society of North Jersey and run in collaboration with the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
In addition to my personal recollections of the Catskills (Borscht Belt), I provided a reading of “Sink or Swim,” a short story from “Next Year In Paterson” that was originally published by the Jewish Literary Journal and is set in a Borscht Belt bungalow colony. The story can be read for free at the JLJ web site.
